Kneaded Cheese

This product was inspired by a traditional Romanian cheese, brânza de burduf. We can say it is the elegant version of brânza de burduf. It has a milder taste and is less salty.

Kneaded cheese is a product that contains only aged cheeses at different stages of aging, without whey or other components. It consists of 60% fresh cheese, taken out of brine, and 40% cheeses aged at different stages of maturation. It is a perfect alternative for those who do not prefer the characteristic taste of burduf. Kneaded cheese by Arkäse is made 100% from cow's milk.

Ingredients: Pasteurized cow's milk of Romanian origin, rennet, selected lactic cultures, calcium chloride, salt max. 2%, lysozyme, fat content relative to dry matter: 30%.
